HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.1302 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.21-08-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.27556 of 2015 in W.P.No.21396 of 2015.

In that order, this Court granted interim direction to the petitioner directing the respondents to consider seniority of the petitioner in the post of Superintendent from the date of his promotion for the purpose of promoting him to the post of Executive Officer Grade-I. After that order was passed, on 27-08-2016, the respondent has passed an order rejecting the petitioner's claim for consideration for the post of Executive Officer Grade-I giving certain reasons. Since the petitioner's case has been considered, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case to initiate proceedings for contempt against respondents. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
