Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri P.Kesava Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents 1 & 2, and Sri M.Rupendra, Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent.

2. All the counsel have stated that having regard to the proceedings No./Advt/GHMC/2015, dt.08.09.2015 of the Additional Commissioner (ADVT.) GHMC, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the said submission and the proceedings which have been placed on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
