Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 1 to 4 by directing the S.H.O., Guntakal II Town Police Station, Anantapur District, to release of the petitioners in the event of their arrest in connection with the Crime No. 58 of 2015.
