Learned counsel for respondent submits that speaking order has been passed complying the order passed by this Court in WP.No.9091/2018, dated 20.03.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed by the respondents. No order as to costs.
