This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in rejecting the nomination of the petitioner to the post of Director in Executive Category to respondent No.5-Housing Society, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 16.4.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
