Since O.A.No.1866 of 2014 is transferred to this Court, Sri K. Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to prosecute the said O.A.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
