HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33152 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent - authorities in not correcting the entries in the online revenue system showing petitioner's name at column Nos.12 and 13 of the revenue record, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent No.3 to enter the name of the petitioner in online system of the revenue records in respect of land in Survey Nos.114/1B, 114/5B and 114/6B admeasuring Acs.2.50 cents of Vittalapuram village, Talluru mandal, Prakasam District.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 23.07.2018, to respondent No.2 and also to respondent No.3, for correcting the entries in the online revenue system. Thereafter, respondent No.3 issued a notice to the petitioner on 30.04.2018, directing her to appear before him on 07.05.2018, along with records. Accordingly, she appeared before respondent No.3 and produced all the documents. It is stated that inspite of producing the documents, respondent No.3 again issued a notice dated 18.06.2018, to the petitioner, directing her to appear before him along with documents, in view of the complaint given by some third

parties. He submits that without deciding the issue, the authorities are making the petitioner to come to the office along with necessary documents, again and again though she complied with the same earlier.

4) Learned Government Pleader for revenue, on instructions, would submit that the Tahsildar - respondent No.3, on a representation filed by the petitioner, conducted an enquiry and found the D.K. Patta and Pattadar Pass Book with Khata No.355 are not genuine and as such opined that they are liable for cancellation, but however, no orders are passed till date.

5) In view of the fact that the issue is with regard to incorporating the name of the petitioner in online revenue system, the respondent - authorities shall pass orders on the representation 23.07.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. Till such time, status-quo as on today, to be maintained with regard to possession.
