This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.09.2016 passed in CFR No.3443 of 2016 in I.A.No.----of 2016 in I.A.No.688 of 2016 in O.S.No.264 of 2010 on the file of IV Additional District Court, Guntur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.264 of 2010 on 30.10.2018. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
