In this PIL, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to issue order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 herein according permission to hold group fast programme on 08.10.2015 at about 10 a.m. to till 5 p.m.at Mailavaram Village, Thullur Mandal, Guntur District based on the representation dated 03.10.2015 along with challan as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.2 herein to grant permission to conduct group fast programme as per the representation dated 03.10.2015 and pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents placed on record the order, dated 07.10.2015, whereby respondent No.2 has rejected the petitioner's request for conducting 'hunger strike' by way of demonstration to meet their demands.

In view of the order, dated 07.10.2015, the prayer as made in the PIL renders ineffective.

PIL is accordingly dismissed.
