THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.94 of 2014 ORDER:

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as follows: "...to issue a Writ more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents herein particularly respondent No 2 and 3 not to interfere into Civil matters of Almadarsatul-Mohammadia-OMasjid Ahlul Hadis Society vide Regd. No.430 of 1988 located at Musallampura Karimnagar, (A.P) consisting of Mosque School and Library pending disposal before the Courts of Law not to take law into their own hands to act in accordance with law, not to infringe the fundamental rights and legal rights guaranteed to the petitioner by the Constitution of India."

2. During the course of hearing of the writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are not interfering in the civil matters of the Almadarsatul-Mohammadia-O-Masjid, therefore, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

3. Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO, J August 29, 2019.
