THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16037 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the police authorities failed to take appropriate action upon her complaints dated 19.04.2016 and 21.04.2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would however state that the afore-stated allegation is incorrect as Crime No.69 of 2016 was registered on the file of Tadepalligudem Rural Police Station basing upon the complaints made by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
