THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1283 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeks to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.439 of 2012 of Pet Basheerbad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 1-3-2016, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pet Basheerbad Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that this case was compromised on 6-8-2013 and hence, it was closed.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
