Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed declaring the action of respondent No.3 in canceling the pattadar pass book, issued in favour of the petitioner, vide proceedings D.Dis.(E4)/805/2017, dated 18.08.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner while giving a go-by to the request made in the affidavit, seeks appropriate orders to be passed in the appeal filed by her i.e., BCW/2/22/2018, against the orders of respondent No.3. 5.

Learned Government Pleader opposes the same saying that the request of the petitioner is not what is sought by her in the Writ Petition. 6.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2, before whom the said appeal is said to be pending, along with stay application filed on 07.06.2018, to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest. However, if the authority concerned is unable to dispose of the appeal, he shall forthwith

take up the stay application filed by the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned, which in any event shall be done as early as possible preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 7.
