This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No 2 in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his respective house bearing H No 18-2-102/1 situated at Plot no 6 an Extent of 0 75 gts Yellamma layout in sy no 170 Budhakalan Village shivar Bellampally Mancherial District at the behest of respondent no 5 without issuing any notice and without affording an opportunity of being heard and without following due process of law as the same is illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein not to disposess petitioner from his respective house bearing H No 18-2-102/1 situated at Plot no 6 an Extent of 0 75 gts Yellamma layout in sy no 170 Budhakalan Village Shivar Bellampally Mancherial District without following the due process of Law and pass..."

Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri. Rudresh Deshpande submits that the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the house bearing No.18-2-102/1 situated at Plot No.6 to an extent of 0.75 guntas in Sy.No.170, Bellampally, Mancherial District, at the behest of respondent No.5 without issuing any notice and without giving any opportunity.

Learned Standing Counsel Mr. R. Chandrashekar Reddy appearing for respondent No.2 submits that as stated by the petitioner, the respondents are not interfering with the petitioner's possession.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
