This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of their plots bearing Nos.25 and 26 in Survey No.47/1 situated at Kamareddy Town and Mandal, Nizamabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. A perusal of the record shows that the petitioners failed to implead the Kamareddy Municipality besides the fact that they have failed to file the sanctioned lay out plan, in which their plots are purportedly situated, for reference.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition by complying with the above defects.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.55056 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 6th January, 2016
