Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed questioning the issuance of notice dated 28.08.2018 passed by the third respondent - Tahsildar, Ghanapur Station, Warangal District.

As seen from the record, pursuant to the notice dated 28.08.2018, the petitioners herein submitted their explanation to the Tahsildar on 01.09.2018.

Having regard to the above, the request of the petitioners for declaring the very notice as illegal and arbitrary cannot be accepted. Since a reply came to be submitted to the notice dated 28.08.2018, the Tahsildar shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest, after hearing the petitioners and all the concerned. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
