THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26255 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's case is that in spite of the complaints given by him on 11.06.2016 and 25.07.2016 to the respondents against certain third parties alleging interference with his possession and enjoyment of his property, no action is being taken by the respondents.

2. In the complaints dt.11.06.2016 and 25.07.2016 petitioner mentioned that he had approached the competent Civil Court and an order of status quo was granted in his favour and the said order is being violated by the persons, whom he has mentioned as accused in the said complaints.

3. Since admittedly Civil Suit is already pending before the competent Court, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the said Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
