THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5578 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Revision is directed against the docket order dated 21.08.2018 in I.A.No. 518 of 2018 in I.A. No. 399 of 2018 in O.S.No. 180 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge's Court at Nandyal, whereunder the order of ad interim injunction was extended till the disposal of the interim injunction petition.

It is submitted across the Bar that I.A. No. 399 of 2018 itself was disposed of on 05.11.2018 and the order of interim injunction was vacated.

In view of the same, the cause in this Revision does not survive for further adjudication and the same is accordingly, closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
