THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 3782 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the permission dated 12-01-2015 granted by respondent No. 2 in favour of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in respect of the property of the petitioner bearing Nos. 11-518 and 11-519 situated in Ramulavari Gudi Veedhi, Chittoor Town, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent No. 2 and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

The case of the petitioner is that permission for construction of residential building is granted. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that there is no interim direction in the Writ Petition and that his clients have already constructed houses. 4.

As there is dispute with regard to title of the subject land, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies which are available to her under law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
