THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 601 of 2014 P.C:

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this C.R.P. on merits and seeks liberty to the petitioners to file additional counter and if necessary, to apply for recall of witness/es for further cross-examination.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for granting such liberty. C.R.P. is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall file additional counter within two weeks from today. His statement is accepted and recorded. If the petitioners make an application for recall of any witness, I hope and trust that the trial Court shall consider it in proper perspective and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
