Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of the counsel for both parties, the writ petition is disposed of.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not issuing the petitioner with Pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land total admeasuring Ac.9.21 cents of land in Survey No.828 and 831, Medchal village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he was issued ownership certificate to an extent of Ac.0.21 cents situated in Survey No.828 and Ac.9.00 cents situated in Survey No.831 totally admeasuring ac.9.21 cents of Medchal village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under Section 38-E of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranga Reddy District vide Ref.No.6141/07

dated 21-01-2008. Though the petitioner made a representation on 29-08-2011 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, the same has not been acted upon.

Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29-08-2011 made for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the lands and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the said representation is still pending. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
