The petitioner, who is accused in Crime No.176 of 2015 o f Anakapalli Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 8 of POCSO Act, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail. Heard and perused the records.

In view of serious allegations against the petitioner - accused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner - accused.
