The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is as to the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representation, dated 12-02-2016 submitted by the petitioner. 2 . Heard Sri G.Elisha, learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondents, apart from perusing material available on record.

3. According to the petitioner, she is a Post Graduate in Economics and belongs to Backward Class community. It is the further case of the petitioner that the then Correspondent of the 4th Respondent College issued proceedings on 01-08-2005, appointing the petitioner as Lecturer in Economics and thereafter the said post has been converted into unaided with effect from 05-12-2005. It is further stated that since then the petitioner has been working as Lecturer in the unaided vacancy. It is the further case of the petitioner that she made a representation on 12-02-2016 to the Commissioner of Collegiate Education2nd respondent herein, requesting to consider her case for admitting into grant-in-aid in the available vacancy of Economics in the 4th respondent College.

4. In the present writ petition, it is the complaint of the petitioner that no action has been taken on the said representation submitted by the petitioner. Eventually, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 2nd respondent herein

may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation by fixing some time frame. The said request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent-Commissioner and Director of Collegiate Education, Government of A.P. to consider the representation dated 12-02-2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
