This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 29.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.1077 of 2015 in O.S.No.123 of 2012 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Markapur.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the trial Court disposed of the main suit. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 21.11.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
