THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2106 of 2022 ORDER:
Sri V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned senior counsel, representing Sri V.Rohit, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this Court by order dated 25.07.2022 in W.P.No.30457 of 2022 has set aside the order dated 22.03.2022 and directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.6914 of 2019 and scrutiny report dated 29.04.2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Learned senior counsel submits that thereafter the 2nd respondent, without application of mind and in clear disobedience of the orders passed by this Court, asked the petitioner to submit fresh documents. It is submitted that it is in clear violation of the orders passed by this Court. 2.
Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel, submits that earlier the respondent HMDA has issued proceedings dated 03.01.2023, whereby the petitioner was asked to pay the charges within one month i.e., before 02.02.2023 and submit challan for taking further necessary action. It is submitted that thereafter the petitioner has paid the amounts and after paying the requisite amounts, the HMDA has addressed a letter to the Executive Authority, Aushapur Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, by
granting the technical approval and the respondent HMDA has addressed a letter dated 20.01.2023 to the petitioner to approach the concerned Executive Authority, Aushapur Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, for release and sanction of the same. Learned Standing Counsel submits that they have implemented the orders of this Court. As such, the contempt case may be closed.

Taking into consideration the proceedings dated 03.01.2023 and further proceedings dated 20.01.2023 addressed to the petitioner as well as the Executive Authority, Aushapur Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal,, as the orders of this Court already implemented, the contempt case is closed.
