ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not sanctioning the rental amounts as mentioned in Lr. Rc. No.818/2002-E, dated 09.01.2011 at Table-I of the 4th respondent is illegal, mala fide, against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 & 3 to sanction the rental amounts as mentioned in Lr. Rc. No.818/2002-E, dated 09.01.2011 at Table-I of the 4th respondent." At the hearing, Mr. Ch. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court, the respondents have released the enhanced rents and therefore the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
