This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.1997 of 2009 from the file of the Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
