Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not granting No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the petitioner to sell away the land in Survey No.2-10 admeasuring Acs.4.70cents in Udegolam village Rayadurg Mandal, Ananatapur District, under Ex-Service man quota assigned to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 14.11.1975, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation made on 15.05.2013, seeking issuance of NOC, is still pending consideration.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that since the representation is of the year 2013, the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation, which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 6.

Having regard to the above, if no orders are passed on the representation dated 15.05.2013, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh

representation seeking NOC, in which event, the respondents shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to five months from the date of the representation.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 8.
