HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 13357 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not announcing the results of the interview conducted on 11.02.2016 for the post of Anganwadi Worker, Ravurivaripalli village, PTM Mandal, Madanapalli Division, Chittoor District.

2. After issuing notice before admission and adjourning the matter, learned Government Pleader submitted that the results were announced on 11.03.2016 and the petitioners were not selected.

3. In view of the same, recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
