This criminal petition is filed by accused No.1, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 28.7.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2148 of 2017 on the file of the Court of I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cumII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file similar type of petition before the concerned Court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
