Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in registering the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27-07-2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was found to be civil nature. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to him under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
