This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.165 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kothagudem II Town Police Station, Khammam District, registered under Section 174 of Cr.PC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. 3.
