This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri JANARDHAN GOUD SUNKARI, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and none appeared for the Respondent No. 2.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 492 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'cr.p"C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.249 of 2022 pending on the file of station House officer, surtanabad Police station, Peddapalli District, registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-4 read with 34 of Indian penal code and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-Accused Nos.2 and 3 and learned Additional Public prosecutor for the respondent-state. Perused the material on record.
3. The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the 2nd respondent _ de factocomplainant who are aged 71 and 74 years respectively.
4. It is not in dispute that the 2nd respondent is contesting the divorce application filed by Accused No.1 after which the present complaint is filed.

Since the outcome of the complaint is on account of the differences between Accused No.1 and respondent No.2, this Coud deems appropriate to direct the Investigating officer in respect of FIR No.249 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House officer, Sultanabad Police Station, Peddapalli District, to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioners-Accused Nos.2 and 3, Further, the petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed off.
