This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in P.R.C.No.45 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

3 Permission is accorded.
