O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent - Station House Officer, Dwarakanagar Police Station, Visakhapatnam, in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.05.2017, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 1st respondent dated 14.09.2018 stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner, G.D. entry was made on 24.05.2018 and on enquiry it was found that the matter is 'far from the truth and motivated' and accordingly the same was intimated to the petitioner on 06.08.2018, on his application under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
