Heard both sides.

It is the submission of the counsel for the revision petitioners that their application in I.A.No.303 of 2013 seeking stay of O.S.No.280 of 2011, pending disposal of A.S.No.1097 of 2012 on the file of Hon'ble High Court and that application in I.A.No.303 of 2013 under context before the lower court, no orders so far passed but for simply reserved for orders on 04.04.2013.

Having regard to the above, the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.303 of 2013, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order.
