THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13320 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad, to dispose of D.V.C.No.133 of 2015 as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

4. It is a known fact that several old matters are also pending before the trial Court. However, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Erramanzil, is hereby directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.133 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
