This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of the application, dated 03.07.2017, filed by the petitioner. 2.
Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries submits that the so-called application made by the petitioner, dated 03.07.2017, is not made to the competent authority, who is having jurisdiction over the area. 3.
On such submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application to the General Manager, Srirampur Area, who is competent to deal with the case of the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file application to the General Manager, Srirampur Area. On such application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with regulations. There shall be no order as to costs.
