THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1606 of 2012 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner as well as Sri Ch. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent states that by virtue of the interim order dt.03-09-2012 passed in W.P.M.P.No.2000 of 2012 in this Writ Petition, all the retirement benefits claimed by petitioner have been released on giving an undertaking by the petitioner that it is entitled to recover them in the event of an adverse order in the disciplinary proceedings which could be initiated later.

It is now stated that no disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against petitioner subsequently.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that P.F. amount due to the petitioner has not been released by 2nd respondent. Therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to release any amounts which are claimed by petitioner and which are found due to petitioner within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
