THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4927 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.18 and A.19 seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.617 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.557 of 2015, dated 05.05.2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners/A.18 and A.19 have regularly appeared before the Station House Officer without any default. He further submits that the first petitioner/A.18 is a Software Engineer and the second petitioner/A.19 is a student. He prays this Court to relax the condition to appear before the Station House Officer.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.617 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.557 of 2015 to appear before the Station House Officer, Kadapa I Town Police Station, Kadapa, on every Sunday between 5.00 p.m., and 6.00 p.m., is hereby relaxed.
