When the matter was listed on 27.01.2016, it is represented that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more and hence notice was issued to the petitioner and the same was served. On 10.02.2016, as there is no appearance for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned with a view to give an opportunity to the petitioner to engage a counsel.

Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
