WRIT PETITION No.34607 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings No.4656/EA2/SS/2012, dated 05.10.2012 of respondent No.1 and consequently, direct respondent No.2 to approve the admission of the petitioner into M.Ch (Neurosurgery) Course for the academic year 2012-13.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's admission was not approved by the respondents, as a result of which, the petitioner has left the course and therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. For the above-mentioned reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.No.43985 of 2012 filed by the petitioner to expedite the hearing of the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
