HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4985 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the non-disposal of I.A.No.1656 of 2012 in A.S.No.105 of 2012, since 21.12.2012, by the I Additional District Judge of Anantapur. The said was filed seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner.

Today while entertaining Civil Revision Petition No.4453 of 2017 and disposing it of, I.A.No.995 of 2016 filed by the petitioner, seeking to add him as an appellant, after passing the orders in LR petition filed by him, is directed to be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order therein. In those circumstances, immediately after passing the orders in I.A.No. 995 of 2016, the learned I Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu shall pass orders in I.A.No.1656 of 2012 on merits and the same shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
