HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.3839 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

2. Obviously against the proceedings dated 20.07.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent-Commissioner of Civil Supplies, State of Andhra Pradesh. The said appeal is pending with the 2nd respondent. As the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy which is efficacious, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition for adjudication on merits.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
