This Writ Petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 11.07.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent-Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal before the appropriate forum. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No costs.
