Aggrieved by the proceedings of the 3rd respondent - Project Director, District Water Management Agency Chittoor District, dated 13.10.2016, suspending the services of the petitioner who was working as Senior Mate under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, the present writ petition came to be filed. The learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 by producing copy of the proceedings in ROC.No.F/243/2016 dated 29.07.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent - District Collector/DPC, District Water Management Agency, Chittoor, would submit that the impugned proceedings dated 13.10.2016, have been withdrawn. In view of the above submission, nothing remains in the writ petition for adjudication and the same is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
