Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ petition is similar to W.P.No.26167 of 2015, which was already considered and disposed of on 24.08.2015. Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of with the similar direction as below: Since the only grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are trying to unlawfully dispossess them from the land and as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the respondents would follow the due process of law if any action is warranted against the petitioners, the same having been recorded, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land. This will not preclude the 4th respondent from initiating any action against the petitioners by issuing notice and giving them an opportunity of submitting their explanation and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
