This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-respondent Nos.1 to 18 in D.V.C. No.6 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Asifabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh criminal petition if so advised. Permission is granted. 3.
