This criminal petition is frled by petitioners/accused No.1 to 3 to quash the FIR No.4O3 of 2015 of P.S. Petbasheerabad, \ Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

l,earned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the subject matter of the petition does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter, as the matter was referred as "civil in nature" on 31.10.2015 and hence seeks to close the criminal petition as infructuous.

Mr.Vizarath Ali, l,earned Assistant Public Prosecutor is present and by providing a letter received from sub-inspector of police, Pet Basheerabad P.S., would submit that the case in Cr.No.4O3 of 2015 for the offences under section 42O, 406, 427 of IPC.against the petitioners has been referred as 'civil in nature" on 31.10.2015 and hence seeks to close the criminal petition as infructuous.
