HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.29033 of 2013 ORDER :

The instant writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in changing the second language from Hindi to Urdu in the petitioner's application, as arbitrary and illegal, and consequently, sought a direction to the respondents to change the second language of the petitioner from Hindi to Urdu.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court, by order dated 10.10.2013, in WPMP.No.36058 of 2013, granted interim order, as prayed for, by the petitioner. 3.

By virtue of the said interim order, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
